David Bildner has
been practicing for over 20 years and concentrates his practice in the field of DWI, criminal law and traffic infractions.
He is presently an alternate public defender in municipal court (Bergenfield, 2006-present) and an officer of the Municipal
Court Practice section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Legislative Coordinator 2008-present). Mr. Bildner is one of the few defense attorneys in the State trained
by the manufacturer of the Alcotest 7110 unit which is the current standard for DWI prosecutions in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Bildner attends frequent meetings and seminars
to remain current on the latest developments which may assist his clients. Mr. Bildner has been invited to testify before the NJ
